Project Overview

As a junior campaign manager, contributed to Nokia’s Network as Code (NAC) campaign by supporting strategy, content creation, and quarterly analytics reviews. This initiative positioned NAC as a revolutionary platform, bringing together global networks, integrators, and developers into a unified ecosystem inspired by GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA. NAC aimed to simplify telecom complexity by abstracting network functions and enabling seamless programmable connectivity for enterprise and developer audiences.

Content Development

The campaign’s content strategy focused on demystifying network APIs, using developer-centric messaging to highlight programmable features like Quality of Service on Demand, precision device location, and seamless network slicing. All assets were designed to make telecom programmability accessible and practical for applications across industries, from remote operations to advanced B2C experiences. Copy stressed how the NAC platform empowers developers to innovate without grappling with underlying network complexity
— transforming networks into simple, powerful software code via user-friendly interfaces and actionable API documentation.

Network as code

For Mobile World Congress, collaborated with two other campaign managers to create three collateral assets for the NAC eBook. Took ownership of the "Programmable Connectivity" section, working closely with product and portfolio managers to ensure authenticity and technical accuracy. Created developer-focused storytelling, illustrated with use-case diagrams, and structured layouts to follow designers’
requirements, ensuring the eBook was both compelling and visually aligned with Nokia's brand. The other managers developed sections on Security and Fraud, providing a complementary, comprehensive resource

Pain Point & Solution - Sales Diagram

A major challenge was creating a connectivity demo for MWC. Instead of outsourcing, led the internal team to develop an original diagram together with the in-house design studio. This not only cut costs but also ensured content alignment and fast turnaround — strengthening the campaign’s authenticity and execution speed.

Execution

Tools & platforms used:

Campaign Management: Pathfactory, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics

Creative & Content: Adobe Creative Suite, Ceros Interactive Experiences, Dixdisseminate

Content assets created: To amplify campaign visibility, produced high-impact merchandise and promotional materials for events and hackathons around Q4. These included developer-focused
t-shirts, Rubik’s cubes, water bottles, and stickers — all designed to reinforce the NAC brand and foster community engagement in technical workshops and meetups

Teamwork and collaboration:
